The Biggest Mistake You Can Make AFTER A Webinar!

If you recently started using webinar services, you have to give yourself a pat on the back for taking one of the best and biggest steps of your online business life. This is going to start bringing a lot of visitors to your website, making money fast for your business and more importantly it’s going to give your prospects a chance to really get to know you!

While the webinar itself is one of the most important aspects of the presentation, so is the ending! A lot of people simply don’t know what to do once a webinar ends. Here are a few mistakes to look out for so that you don’t make them yourself! First and foremost, as with any other communication route, its’ always important that after you turn off your webinar software and you take a breath of relief, is that you make sure at some point or another you follow up with your prospect.

This should go without saying, but some people simply.. don’t. Not exactly sure why! Following up with your prospect or customer is going to start a certain rapport between you and them. They will see that this webinar wasn’t just a one-time thing and that you truly are interested in doing business with them.

Also, right after the event, you should send out individual emails letting everyone know (that attended) that you appreciate their participation and your appreciate them taking time out for your webinar. It’s always a good idea to join up with a Mailing List program like MailChimp or Aweber so that you can assure that the person is actually getting your emails (check stats) and that you are not sending that person unwanted emails (spam) because ultimately this could be the case!

Make sure you don’t email the person every 3 hours either. If this is a big purchase for the person, they might take a few days to go over your webinar services in their head before making a final decision! It’s always a good idea to put yourself in someone else’s shoes. Do YOU just buy something expensive without thinking it over? Doubtful.

Give your customers the respect that they deserve. While webinars aren’t really a NEW thing, they are new(er) to some people. If you love the idea of making money fast and making sales, but you really have no idea how in the world to set up the webinar software or what to say to these people so you sound professional, you could always take webinar training.

These webinar training programs help you with all your questions and concerns about how to set something like this up, how to invite people to it, how to market it, how to make sales, and more importantly, how to act professionally so that people really take you seriously and want to buy your products or services!

Webinars are a little more involved. Webinars are also a great way of making money fast. Might seem a little odd, but you would be surprised how much people love being able to talk to you on screen rather than through email or IM. A lot of the small businesses or home business these days don’t ever think about webinar software programs to MAKE them money. By utilizing webinars services, you can really have a sit down and talk to your customers without having to travel all the way over to see them. Big money saver!

A little question and answer event might be a good way for your customers and potential customers to ask you questions. Of course you will have to be prepared for the questions so that you don’t look like a deer in headlights! But, I’m sure if you sit down and think about it, you can think of all the obvious questions your customers might ask you. You could even look at past emails and see what questions people have asked you!

This is a good chance for your customers to see who you are, how involved you are, how educated in your business you are, plus it shows them that you aren’t just about the money. If you were, you sure as heck would be offering a free webinar to let them ask you questions! Besides making money fast, this is a good way to get repeat customers as well. If you have never used webinar software programs or webinar services before, that’s okay!

This will be much needed information if you plan on doing ANY kind of a webinar have it be a meet and greet, Q&A, event, presentation, meeting, conference, etc. You need to know the right things to say and more importantly what to NOT say. As well as how to follow up after a webinar, what types of additional programs you can use in your webinar (such as PowerPoint) as well as a load of other webinar training tips!
