by , under Internet Marketing

For the past three years, I have been a learner of online business. Initially, I tried handful internet business opportunities based on the suggestion of folks whom I trusted. But none of them was effective. I ended up much poorer than when I started.

Providentially, after several months of floundering, I eventually found the right internet marketing coach for me. I cannot picture myself comprehending online business without the help of my instructor.

It has been more than 8 months now since I started toiling with my internet business teacher and I have been learning a lot from him. I’m now providing with you 10 insights I learned from him so far:

Insight # 1 – My online business guru proved that it’s highly feasible to earn more, work less, and enjoy life without sacrificing your ethics through internet marketing. From being penniless he rose to a so triumphant online marketer and he is now generously teaching what he knows to lots of individuals.

Insight # 2 – After laboring very hard promoting internet business opportunities and not making any money, I experienced I was confronted with a blank wall. However from my online business mentor, I learned that the capability to leverage is the critical thing to wealth formation. In the case of online business, chiefly on traffic generation, he trained me that outsourcing and automation are some of the technics to leverage.

Unlike many other coaches, he teaches that there’s certainly no overnight success. You have to dream big but start small.

Insight # 3- If you do a business which you love but doesn’t earn you dough, you fail. If you do a marketing which you don’t enjoy but earn you dough, your health will fail and in time your business fails too.

My online marketing guide is instructing me how to identify a business which you are passionate about and will probably make you dough. He teaches a technique how to uncover the meeting point of passion and profit in deciding what marketing idea to pursue.

Lesson # 4- In online marketing, being “normal” is a de

ath sentence for your business. You have to convey your personality in everything you do.

As a former biological researcher, the only kind of writing I knew of was technical writing. So, writing for the net is a big change for me and my internet marketing mentor taught me how to.

Insight # 5 – Before I worked with my internet marketing teacher, the term “Search Engine Optimization” scared me, thanks to the many teachers out there. Those coaches have nurtured the art of complicating things. They desire ordinary folks to be dependent on them. But my teacher is of a uncommon class. He knows how to present complicated things in a trouble-free way.

He taught me search engine planning and that SEO is chiefly keyword-based content and links plus anchor text.

Insight # 6 – I too used to shun the term “copywriting”. I was once fooled because of a very good copywriting. But my online marketing tutor taught me that it’s feasible to have copywriting with integrity. He taught me that copywriting as salesmanship in print requires persuasion and that’s what he has been teaching me too.

Lesson # 7 – I thought there’s no more room for another newbie in information product creation because there’s already a deluge of information on the internet. But my online marketing mentor made me realize that, now more than ever, folks need and want information products that would aid them solve their immediate problem in a definite, undemanding manner. What people desire are information products which would direct them to go from point A to point B.

Because of this change in perception, I was encouraged to attempt to write my first draft ebook, something which I never wanted to do before.

Insight # 8 – During the period I was marketing online marketing opportunities, I met online a lady who divulged to me that she labored very hard on her affiliate marketing for two years and not earning anything. When I inquited from my mentor, he said that the trouble most possibly lies on the failure of that woman to establish relationship with her list.

You may also have heard it many times before- money is in the list. But my guide teaches perfectly that – dough is in your relationship with your list!

Insight # 9 – People are nudged to go into marketing because of the assurance of not having a boss. But they soon realize that it takes a lot of discipline to be your own boss.

So, the accountability which mentoring offers would be a great support and my mentor help me on that aspect too.

Insight # 10 – There’s so much dishonesty in the online marketing industry and it’s so hard to come across whom to trust. It’s not possible to learn new things from individuals you don’t trust.

It took me six months to unearth the first person whom I could trust and it was only when I started getting support from him that I started to figure what other teachers are teaching.

For a newbie, it’s advisable therefore to find the consultant you can trust the most and start learning the basics from him. When you are by now well grounded on the basics and start taking action, you can start internalizing insights from other coaches too. You can also start to attend internet marketing seminar then. You can’t just learn from 50 mentors simultaneously.

That’s what causes information overload for many beginners.
